The colour is light white-yellow. Opulent aromas of white flowers, light and fresh and honeysuckle are revealed, rounded out with notes of rose petal and passion fruit. Bright, joyful acidity that is positively refreshing leads on to a surprisingly long finish of orange rind and a whisper of white pepper.
Wine Spectator
A rapierlike white, delivering apple, pear and grapefruit flavors flanked by plenty of mineral and slate notes. Ripe orange accents linger as plenty of spicy hints mark the vibrant, long-lasting finish. Drink now through 2018. 5,000 cases made.

Wine Advocate
The 2011 Moscofilero (per the winery's alternative transliteration, it is spelled Moscofilero on the label rather than Moschofilero) is lovely this year, transparent and crisp, with fine depth in its youth and a core of fruit that is delectable. With a serious lemon-y tinge on the finish early on, it is a bit tightly wound at the moment and still needs some time to come around. After keeping it open for some 90 minutes, it finally evolved, displaying grip on the lingering finish and fine balance. It should be terrific this summer, a refreshing, lighter styled white (12% alcohol) that still has persistence, yet makes easy sipping. While I've recently had some additional evidence that these can hold nicely for a few years, they really don't improve much if at all once they round into form, so there is really no point to holding them beyond a year or two. Plus, they are still the type of wine that requires freshness to be at their best, so be conservative and plan on drinking them over the next year or two. Hope for the best if holding them longer. Drink now-2014.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
